Jerry the Bear

All tools that accompany Jerry are found on the virtual app, via the App Store or the Google Play Store. He is a tech teddy and the app provides access to all the virtual tools. Jerry does NOT ship with physical tools.

Domestic Questions

  • 3-5 business days for First Class packages
  • 2-3 business days for Priority Mail packages
  • 1-3 business days for Priority Mail Express packages

If you need an item to arrive by a specific date (not including the winter holidays), please send an email to shop@beyondtype1.org before placing your order to ensure you make the best option.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, processing times are longer than usual. Orders are currently processed twice a week to ensure employee safety.

Please send an email to shop@beyondtype1.org and we will happily send you a prepaid electronic shipping label to send the item back. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund.

International Questions

If you selected USPS (tracking is not guaranteed and is country dependent):

  • 1-6 weeks for First Class International packages
  • 6-10 business days for Priority Mail International packages
  • 3-5 business days for Priority Mail Express International packages

If you selected UPS:

  • 2-7 business days for UPS Worldwide Express® (country dependent)
  • 1-7 business days for UPS Worldwide Saver

If you opted to choose shipping through USPS, there may not be updates to your order once it has left the United States. Unfortunately, once a package leaves the United States, it is no longer being handled by USPS. Certain countries choose not to scan and update the location of the package. If tracking is something you require, PLEASE SELECT UPS, as there is guaranteed tracking.

Please send an email to shop@beyondtype1.org and let us know. You would be responsible for sending the item back to us. If you provide us with the tracking information, we can expedite the return process; once we see that the item is on its way back to us, we will issue you a full refund. Without the tracking information, we will issue the full refund once we receive the item. At this time, we are unable to reimburse the cost of shipping back to the United States or generate a prepaid label.

If you provide us with the tracking information, we can expedite the process. Without the tracking information, we will issue the exchange once we receive the item.
